Playing Break The Ice and she wasn't happy that she was going to lose...
She refused to play her turn and make the bear fall.... Haha!
Our friend the Gulf Coast Toad. Surprised he was out during the day.... (We now have 2 that live in/under our rock fountain. Homey G is lighter with dark stripes down the side. And G Funk is darker with light stripes. This one looks like G Funk. They hope out every night around 9:30 and go to the backdoor for dinner.)
Growing crystals
Spending time outside in the sun in February!
Lexi wrote this without looking at examples of the letters. This was a library storytime craft. I spelled it out and she wrote it. Huge improvements since she started her class. At least she listens to her teacher.... :P
Devan's new spirit stick
Morning cuddles while watching TV
Look! Her "X" in her name now looks like and X and not a T !!!!!
I love her flower! With petals and everything! She is a much better drawer than Devan ever was.
She crashed big time on her scooter. Took off a huge chunk of her knee. It was definitely disgusting and took a long time to heal. This was no surface scratch my friends.....
We found a little turtle in our front flower beds while doing yard work. He's so cute!!!! And this is the same type of turtle we kept finding in our pool (more on that later).
I fell down the stairs and my toe took the brunt of it. Most likely broke it (and should have seen a doctor)
Playing a frog letter game I used to play
Pretty hair!
Lexi's dot kangaroo
Yard work progress. Getting closer.....
Digging out the front so the water will flow away from the house
We moved all this lava rock from the front beds to the side yard, which was completely eroded away but shady so grass won't ever grow. This was the best thing. It was a lot of work but now the dirt will stay and we re-used old materials :)
Working on contractions!
Hahaha! "If there was an alligator under my bed, I would get my dad's wood and bring it into my room and smash it."
